Hi, my name is Margaret. After losing my eight-month-old daughter, Isabel, in 2019, I looked for a way to celebrate Isabel’s life in a way that could bring others as much joy as Isabel brought to my family. Renovating Pumpkin Park was the perfect fit. I gathered friends and family and teamed up with Houston Parks Board and Houston Parks and Recreation Department for this project. This website is a place to gather ideas, thoughts and feedback on the renovation of Pumpkin Park.
